What customers say?

“ My in laws got carry out from here and we were blown away. Everyone loved their meal and felt the cost was very reasonable. I took a picture of only half of my dish (the picada) since I ate half of it before taking a picture. Really good and tastes fresh. Guacamole was home made. Wife got the lobster roll which was fresh and big pieces. Sweet potato fries and chicken wings were really good too. Excited for next trip to get from here again. ”

“ My wife and I ate here for the first time today, getting takeout. My wife got the quinoa salad and a side of cole slaw. She was really pleased, both were delicious and the portions were great. I got the fish and chips. I've had fish and chips at many restaurants on the Cape and this was the best. I've had fish and chips several times in England, where fish and chips was basically invented and has been mastered and the heart of the sea version was like English fish and chips! The cod loin was outstanding, perfectly battered and a large piece. The fries were also excellent, and like my wife, I thought the cole slaw was fantastic! And for $20.95 it was cheaper than any other restaurant menu I've checked out. Heart of the Sea is a gem on the Cape that we are really happy to have discovered! ”

“ Heart of the Sea in East Harwich is a true culinary treasure! We’ve been patrons since they opened two years ago, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warmest, friendliest staff who make you feel right at home, while the decor is a magical “under-the-sea” adventure. The menu is a vibrant celebration of fresh seafood and Latin-inspired flavors—an ambitious and delicious fusion that’s rare to find on Cape Cod. Whether you’re craving a classic lobster roll or something with a Latin twist like empanadas or ceviche, every dish is crafted with high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. They’ve taken on the challenge of bringing bold, exciting plates to the Cape, and they’ve absolutely nailed it. Whether you dine in their cozy space or grab takeout, the experience is consistently top-notch. Competitive prices, unforgettable flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere—this spot deserves a permanent place on your Cape Cod restaurant bucket list. Don’t miss it! ”
